"Not really worth the price"
I feel like I paid way too much for what actually showed up. Maybe I was expecting too much based on the photo, but the flowers looked a lot smaller in person and didn’t seem all that fresh. For the price, I thought it would be something a little more impressive, not just a small, basic bouquet that looked like it could’ve come from the grocery store. I keep wondering if I just picked the wrong arrangement, but either way, I was disappointed and probably won’t order from them again.

"Smaller and Messier Than I Expected"
I was disappointed with the flowers. They looked messier than the pictures and were smaller than I expected. I kind of felt trapped once they arrived, like there wasn’t much I could do except go with it, but it definitely wasn’t what I was hoping for.

"I was let down. The flowers…"
I was let down. The flowers got there looking tired, and they really didn’t look like the photo at all. My mom even mentioned they were already drooping when they arrived, which made it worse because they were supposed to be a nice surprise. I don’t know, I just expected them to look fresher and more put together. Really not happy with how it turned out.

It didn’t seem like something a real florist had put together. The flowers looked kind of just tossed in there, and the colors, to me, were a little strange. For what I paid, I was expecting more care and a nicer arrangement. Maybe for a last-minute thing it’s okay, but use them again I probably wouldn’t.

I was a little nervous about whether the delivery would show up on time, but it did, so that was a relief. The flowers looked really nice too. I’m giving 4 stars only because the tracking update came through a bit late, which made me second-guess things for a while. Maybe I’m not the only one who gets anxious about that? Overall though, it was a good experience

"Support never fixed the double charge"
Support never fixed it, which was the most frustrating part. I got charged twice for the same thing, reached out expecting a quick fix, and it just never got resolved.

"The flowers were fine, but the bear wasn’t"
The flowers were okay. Nothing amazing, but fine. The teddy bear add-on though... yeah, not great. It was really tiny, the stitching looked rough, and it felt like something you’d grab from a dollar store. I paid extra for it, so I expected at least a little better. Kind of embarrassing to have that sent with the flowers.

"Wish the pricing was more upfront"
The flowers were fine and looked decent enough, but I was a little frustrated because I thought I had a handle on the price and then extra fees popped up near the end, so by the time I was checking out the total felt kind of unclear and I just wish everything had been shown earlier so I knew what I was actually paying.

It looked really nice when I first got it. Clean, color, exactly the vibe I wanted. But then after a little while… yeah, it started fading quicker than I expected. Still liked it at first, just wish it held up longer.

I placed my order and expected to get some kind of update, but I ended up having to chase them myself to find out what was going on. It was a bit frustrating because I just wanted to know the status without needing to keep asking.

"Found flowers easily"
There were so many flower options, I kind of thought I’d be wandering around forever, but I ended up finding what I needed quickly. Nice when that happens, especially when you have a specific thing in mind and just want to get in and out without overthinking it.

"My birthday flower order went smoothly"
I ordered flowers from 416-flowers.com for a birthday, and I was a little nervous because I really needed them to show up at the right place and on time. Thankfully, they did exactly that, so I was relieved and happy with how it turned out. I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking update was a bit slow, and I kept checking it more than I wanted to. Overall though, my order worked out fine.

"Pretty flowers, tiny card typo"
Uh, the flowers looked just like what I ordered and were really nice. The only thing was the card had a small spelling mistake, but overall it was still a good experience...

"Checkout was such a headache"
Tried ordering from 416-Flowers and it was a mess. The website kept freezing during checkout, and my cart somehow changed the delivery date twice after I already picked it. I had to type in my info over and over again, which got old real fast. It finally went through, but then there wasn’t even a clear confirmation page, so I was left wondering if it worked or not. Super frustrating, prob won’t be using them again

"Flowers showed up damaged"
The flowers arrived crushed because the box didn’t have enough support. Since the water leaked everywhere, the stems ended up bent too. It looked like the package wasn’t handled carefully at all.

"Good Communication and a Nice Bouquet"
I ordered a mixed bouquet earlier in the week, and before they sent it out, they let me know that one of the flowers I chose wasn’t available. I really appreciated getting that heads-up ahead of time instead of finding out when it arrived. They used a replacement that was close, and by the time it showed up, the bouquet still looked really nice. It wasn’t exactly what I originally picked, but there were no surprises at the door, so overall I’m happy with the experience

"Nice for a birthday, maybe not for something formal"
I ordered this for my aunt’s birthday, and it looked cheerful and cute. I was a little embarrassed because I spent way too long second-guessing the options, but it ended up being fine for the occasion. That said, if I needed something for a more formal event, I’d probably feel a bit stuck since the choices seemed kind of limited. Delivery was okay, nothing amazing but no real problems either...

"Not my pick for same-day delivery"
I ordered because the site said they offered same-day delivery, but the flowers didn’t end up arriving that day. There wasn’t really a clear update either, so I was left checking around and wondering if the order was even on its way. They did show up eventually, but since it was for a birthday, being late kind of missed the whole point. Maybe they’re fine if you’re ordering ahead and don’t need them urgently, but I wouldn’t rely on them again for same-day delivery
